Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@blakelychad.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will assist you promptly and may provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
